1. Booking Cancellation

If you have booked a service or a vehicle test drive, you can cancel the request at any time by contacting our support team. Booking fees for vehicle purchases are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.


2. Returns (Spare Parts & Accessories)

Genuine parts and accessories purchased from NANAVATI MOTORS can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Electrical parts are non-returnable.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


4. Service Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with any service performed on your vehicle, please report it to our service manager within 24 hours. We will inspect and rectify any valid issues at no additional cost if they are related to the original service.
